Chaos Suppression Effect of Density-Equicontinuity in Time-Varying Product Systems
Abstract
This paper explores the intrinsic restrictive relationship between density-equicontinuity of factor systems and two classical chaotic properties within the framework of time-varying discrete product dynamical systems. Under the minimality assumption of product systems, it is proven that the product system admits neither Devaney chaos nor Li-Yorke chaos under the conditions that all its factor systems are density-equicontinuous. Furthermore, the converse proposition is established: the existence of chaotic behavior in a minimal product system necessarily indicates that at least one corresponding factor system fails to possess density-equicontinuity.
